Download your Commerce Centssm enrollment form, print, complete and return to your local branch. Application Terms & Conditions Personal accounts only. Must have a checking and savings account. We'll match the transfer amount 100% during the first three months of enrollment and 5% thereafter up to a maximum of $250.00 per year. Matching funds are credited to your savings account annually, within 8 weeks of the enrollment anniversary date. To receive matching funds, checking and savings accounts must be open and in good standing and the customer must still be enrolled in the CommerceCentssm Savings Program.
