eDocument F A Q's
eDocuments are an electronic version of your periodic documents accessible through Online Banking or Treasury Plus+. Your eDocument(s) look identical to the document received in the mail. You can also print or save the document for your records.
1 - How much is the eDocument Delivery service?
There is no charge for our eDocument Delivery service, it is absolutely free.
2 - Will I still receive a paper statement?
Once enrolled in Online Banking you are automatically enrolled in eDocument Deliver and you will no longer receive a paper statement.
3 - How do I access my eDocuments?
After you logged into Online Banking click on ACCOUNT > eDOCUMENTS. The eDocument window will open. On your first visit you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions for the service.
4 - How will I know when I have a new eDocument view?
You will receive an email notification. If you are not receiving the email notifications, you either have us (eDocuments@bankatcommerce.com) blocked from your email service or you need to update your email address in online banking.
5 - How many months of eDocuments are available?
Your last twelve months of your eDocuments are available.
6 - How do I begin receiving paper statements again?
To cancel eDocuments Delivery and return to paper statements just email us or call our Customer Response Center at 800-698-BANK(2265).
7 - How do I update my email address?
Log onto Online Banking. Click on PREFERENCES > SECURITY, then the "Secure Delivery" tab. Here you can change and/or edit the current email address.
8 - How do I get an old statement that is no longer available in eDocument Delivery?
Yes. Ask your local branch staff for a Statement Research Request. Fees for research request are available on the Fee Schedule.
