Update Your Online Profile
How to Update your Secure Access Delivery
The first time you logon to Online Banking, or if your persistent cookie has been deleted or expired, you will be asked to re-register your browser by selecting your pre-populated Secure Access Delivery preference, that is your current email address, cellular phone or land line phone number.We recommend using a phone number because it is generally faster.
This information is derived from the data that we previously received from you or currently have on file.
If you wish to modify your Online Secure Access Delivery profile information, just follow these steps:
- Logon to Online Banking using your Login ID and Password
- Navigate to Preferences > Security
- Click on the "Secure Delivery" tab
- Add, delete, and/or edit your Contact information.
This action updates only your online delivery profile, not the bank's permanent records.
Please visit your local branch to update your permanent records.
