Zero Balance Accounts (ZBAs) enable you to consolidate money into a single concentration account, and automatically fund daily clearings from secondary accounts.

With a ZBA, your company enjoys centralized control over funds management. You can segregate and monitor deposit and disbursement activity for multiple business accounts, such as an operating account, and a payroll account.

Individual divisions or locations can maintain decentralized payment authority.

If any of your ZBAs are negative at the end of the business day, the concentration account is drawn down to bring balances back to zero. In turn, if any of your ZBAs maintain excess balances, that excess cash is transferred to the concentration account.
